(Head Office: 3-21-19, Aoi, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Representative Executive Officer and President COO: Koji Kawaura) announces that “1DAY Menicon Rei Toric (for astigmatism)” was released from the daily disposable color contact lens “1DAY Menicon Rei” series at MELS Plan member shops nationwide on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
“1DAY Menicon Rei” was launched in 2021 as a daily color contact lens exclusively for the fixed-rate system, MELS Plan. It has been favorably received for fulfilling customer needs, such as “I want to wear color contact lenses with peace of mind while keeping my eyes healthy” and “I want to enjoy choosing colors based on my mood, makeup, and fashion for the day.”
We have added color contact lenses for astigmatism to our lineup following the color design of pinkish brown “Lucent Mocha.” Many of our customers will experience the brand concept of “1DAY Menicon Rei” series: “Enjoying colors by wearing color contact lenses and gaining confidence. My daily life will start radiating more from the moment when my eyes sparkle.”
