(大連板橋医療器械有限公司) (Address: Dalian, Liaoning; Representative: Sun Zhengji), a sales subsidiary in China, to Menicon (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (目立康（大連）医療科技有限公司) in March 2026. The registration of the new company name will be completed in early April 2026.
Itabashi Medical (Dalian) Co., Ltd. has worked in close collaboration with ophthalmology clinics and sales partners throughout China as the sales and distribution hub of Menicon in the Chinese market, ensuring stable and prompt delivery of our high-quality products to customers.
The company name will be changed to strengthen our brand strategy in the Chinese market and to foster a stronger sense of unity within the Menicon Group.
The new company name, Menicon (Dalian) Co., Ltd., begins with the Menicon name to enhance consistency with the Menicon brand and to present our corporate identity more clearly to customers and sales partners. In addition, the new company name in Chinese includes words meaning “medical technology (医療科技)” to emphasize our commitment to creating value in the field of medical technology in the Chinese market.
With this name change, the company will promote integrated management aligned with the global strategy of the Menicon Group, aiming to enhance brand awareness and credibility in the Chinese market and to expand sales.
