We at Menicon would like to add our thoughts in remembrance of Dr Benjamin.
Dr Benjamin used his superb intellect, scientific prowess and will power to further the field of contact lenses, particularly in establishing relevant and necessary standards.
He made outstanding contributions to the improvement of our understanding of lens materials and oxygen permeation, without which we would not possess the benchmarks that drive our current standards of measure.
Here at Menicon, we were touched by his passion and his grace in communicating with our researchers and are deeply saddened by his passing.
His work and legacy will continue on however and Menicon will always be grateful.
