Inserting your Menicon Z Night lenses
Take your time when inserting your night lenses for the first time.
• Sit at a table and place a mirror on the table.
• Always begin with the same lens ( red colour for the right one, blue for the left ).
• Place the lens with its convex side on the tip of your index finger.
• Place a few drops of contact lens solution on the inside of the lens.
• Open your eye wide and pull your eyelids further apart.
• Bend forward and concentrate on a fixed point.
• Place the lens in your eye carefully.
• Blink a few times. If you see well, the lens is positioned correctly.
Removing your Menicon Z Night lenses
Take your time when inserting your night lenses for the first time.
• LPrior to removing the lens in the morning, it is important to ensure that they move easily. If not, put few drops of lubricating solution in your eyes. Wait 5 to 15 minutes before you remove the lenses. Then they can be removed.
• Bend your head forward, place your finger in the outer corner of your eye and open your eye wide.
• Pull the corner of your eye slightly to one side and blink.
• A suction cup can be used if necessary.
• Clean your Menicon Z Night lenses immediately after removing them.

If your lens does not move
Put some artificial tear drops in your eye before removing the lenses and check again to ensure that the lens moves.
• Put some more artificial teardrops in your eye.
• Look up, put your finger just below the lower edge of the lens and press the lower eyelid against your eye three times.
• Look down, put your finger just above the upper edge of the lens and press the upper eyelid against your eye three times.
• Look straight ahead and blink three times.
• Repeat until the lens is moving. Only remove the lens when it moves easily.
• In case of doubt, consult your contact lens specialist.

• Replace your Menicon Z Night lenses each year.
• For your eye health, schedule regular visits with your contact lens specialist.
PRECAUTIONS
Always wash your hands before touching your lenses.
• Remove make-up before inserting the Menicon Z Night lenses.
• Make sure there is no make-up on the lenses.
• Use only the solutions recommended by your contact lens specialist.
• Never use tap water for your contact lenses.
• Rinse out your lens case every day and replace it regularly (at least every 3 months).
• Handle your Menicon Z Night lenses with care.
